The book is amazing and helps you understand pwBPD or yourself better, my only critic is the misogynistic views of women from the writer and traditional gender roles. All the information I got from this book is indescribable, understanding why pwBPD are the way they are and examples make this book amazing. Also things that you would hardly find online are written in this book like psychotic symptoms of the disorder and other symptoms are being talked about in depth and sympathetic way. Personally as a pwBPD I almost cried because I finally felt understood, for example my psychologist never told me my psychotic episode was caused by great stress levels and BPD. In conclusion, I recommend this book very much, you just have to ignore the misogyny and sexism.
