A Quick Overview How it works: You have senses, from your senses you receive information. Once the information is received you process it through your neuron connections in your brain. These neuron connections are indeed electrical transmitters that help to create and work as your mind. The processing of information may be connected to your past experiences held within your memory. Once you have processed the information you take action. For instance: you open the fridge and there's no milk. You process this information in your mind. The remedy you think: get in the car, go to the shops, buy some milk. Going to buy the milk is the action you take after your mind has done the processing of: needing milk! Of course the human brain and mind are far more complicated than this. It's knowing how to drive your human mind that takes knowledge and understanding. When you know how to make the right choices at the right times this leads to wellbeing, mind health, self achievement and self-sustainability.
