With The Russian Army: Being The Experiences Of A National Guardsman (1915) is a memoir written by Robert Rutherford McCormick, an American journalist who served as a correspondent with the Russian Army during World War I. The book provides a first-hand account of McCormick's experiences as he travels with the Russian Army across Eastern Europe, witnessing battles and military operations firsthand. McCormick also provides insight into the political and social conditions in Russia during the war, including the impact of the Russian Revolution on the military and civilian population. The book is an important historical document that offers a unique perspective on the Eastern Front of World War I and the complex geopolitical landscape of the time. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
