Morgan ist eine Elite-Leichtathletin und muss nun die Schule wechseln. Sie hat gegen den Verhaltenskodex ihrer katholischen Privatschule verstossen. Ruby liebt es am babyblauen 1970er Ford Torino herumzuschrauben. Sie muss gemäss ihrer Mutter an den Wochenenden an Schönheitswettbewerben teilnehmen. Morgan und Ruby fühlen sich zueinander hingezogen. Während Morgan ihre aufkeimende Beziehung nicht geheim halten will, hat Ruby noch nie jemandem von ihren Gefühlen erzählt. Es ging einige Zeit, bis ich mich in der Geschichte zurecht fand. Für mich ist dieses Buch ein unvergesslicher, schmerzhaft ehrlicher queerer Liebesroman. Ruby mochte ich sofort bei Morgan hat es etwas länger gedauert. Ich fand es gut, als sie eine Entscheidungen getroffen hat und wirklich sie selbst war. Morgan ist eine Person, die laut, offen und sehr stark ist. Dieses tolle und sehr authentische Buch konnte ich erst weglegen, als ich die letzte Seite gelesen hatte. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I can read this book for several times for sure! Honestly It was my first experience when I read a book with 2 sides from 2 people, but I love it after reading it. Also the story is interesting and I totally enjoyed
