- you follow a very relatable girl in her self growth - you fall for Carter Bennett - you love how Carter & Quinn are with each other - you’ll love every new friend Quinn makes - you will see a great representation of Black Culture - you’ll see a realistic family trying to function - you’ll love Quinn :) (And I don’t usually give ya books 5 stars)

This book is the perfect mix of secrets, romance and friendship. Quinn is an amazing protagonist and Carter is just great. Rasicm is a huge part of the book and that is great. All in all I think it is a great ya book with a good message and great characters. It's one of my favorite books now!
