set in a beautiful, lush and magical world, the pacing is amazing and you can really submerge yourself into the story. the sapphic romance is everything I've been needing, can't recommend this enough!

An incredible book including indian folklore, sapphic enemies to lovers and a revenge plot, that is sooooo well written, you just can't but read another page! I mean, need I say more than morally grey protagonists in a setting that is so visually stunning, you immediately feel immersed? Jokes aside, the book also deals with a lot of important topics and does so in a well researched way. The Jasmine Throne is political fantasy done right and you should really give it a go, if you like the genre!

High fantasy with an Indian inspired world, strong women and a strong and detailed worldbuilding. A powerful book with a lesbian lovestory, that leaves you with the wish of more.
