Imaginary Friend

I LOVED this story so much I couldn't put down the book. great characters and the story gave me the chills from the very first pages. it's crazy. plot twist was not something I would expect. also the villain is hot.

Chills!!! Reminded me of Stephen King a lot! I really enjoyed the plot! The charachters are so nicely written, they really stick with you & you develope a strong bond with them! Well, I did :) How can you not? It's over 700 pages! If you enjoy horror - go for this book!

I don’t even know what to say about this one. But maybe, the fact that this book left me speechless is enough of an indicator of how much it impressed me. The main point of criticism I have seen other people mention is that it’s too long. I disagree. It is a long book, yes, but that’s the point of it. Chbosky immerses you deeply into the small town of Mill Grove, and that takes time. Storylines of seemingly irrelevant characters are vital in creating a 360 view of the darkness and dangers awaiting the citizens. It’s the small stuff that makes this story absolutely terrifying. I hope you give Imaginary Friend a try, I wholeheartedly believe it's worth it.
