This is why authors always deserve a second chance! America's Geekheart is book two in the Bro Code series. I thought book one was ok (I gave it 2.5 stars) and I am so glad I decided to give Pippa Grant another chance, because book two I really enjoyed a lot! We follow the story of famous Beck who sent a funny message to his sister. At least he thought he did so. In reality he accidentally published a pretty rude, sexist and for everyone to see tweet directed to his sister's neighbor, Sarah. Now he's officially public enemy number one and has to publicly apologize to her. Sarah is the total opposite of Beck. She is a geek, who loves giraffes and lives with her cat. And as it turns out she really isn't interested in all the attention this whole situation draws to herself, because she has a huge secret she's trying to hide. I loved it. Beck is sweet and funny and down to earth and Sarah is smart and just a sweetheart. If you're looking for a romance that makes you laugh out loud from beginning to end, I think you might really enjoy America's Geekheart.
