We understand your craving for good food and your time constraints. We took the time challenge to prepare nutritious and great tasting food in 15 minutes or less. We worked on ways and recipes for cooking fast without compromise on nutrition and taste.
With emphasize to cook delicious healthy recipes for time conscious home food cooks, we experimented. We got together and started exploring discussing ways to cook good food within 15 minutes. We brainstormed tried tested and finally came up with lot of recipes as time passed, we had hundreds of them and then we were spoilt for options. Everyone started connecting asking for them and so we finally decided to put it into a book so everyone in need can benefit.
Creating these recipes has been a whole new experience, sure we tried to keep them simple, methodical, sociable and fun.
When you start a and try out these, we are sure you will come back for more. We wanted to give a solution to busy cooks on how wonderful it is to cook food, the thought the process in so much fulfilling. The satisfaction is immense to cook for family or for yourself.
