Benjamin Bader is Professor of Strategic Management and Organization at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. His research focuses on Internationalization Strategies and International (HR) Management, particularly expatriates in high-risk countries. His work has been published in Journals such as Journal of International Management and International Business Review .

Tassilo Schuster is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Management at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany. His main research interests include International Management, HR Management and Management in Emerging Markets and in particular business strategies focusing on low-income markets, CSR, and expatriate management in high-risk countries.

Anna Katharina Bader is Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at the Georg-August-University Goettingen, Germany. Her research includes International Human Resource Management and Diversity Management with particular interest in cross-cultural and comparative research.
