This novel is perfect for everyone who enjoys a witty YA contemporary novel but is sick of the same tropes happening over and over again. I found that the main character’s personality is what really stood out in the end. The way she thinks and looks at the world is quite different from most female protagonists. She isn’t looking for her Prince Charming - her Romeo - no, she’s had plenty of boyfriends and her journey is less about falling in love with a guy but falling in love with herself.
