Tell Me No Lies

"Tell Me No Lies" is the sequel to "Follow Me Back" and the finale to this captivating duology. Tessa can't seem to catch a break. Once again, she finds herself in an interrogation room - for murder. Apparently, not only the police are after her, but another predator has it in for her as well. Will she be able to clear her name and come out of it unscathed? "Tell Me No Lies" is an amazing follow-up to "Follow Me Back", even though I enjoyed the first book slightly more. I love how, once again, this novel is full of suprises that you just can't see coming. It really keeps you on your toes. Each and every character is important, even if it doesn't seem like it at first, and the slow revelation of how everything and everyone is connected is outstanding. As far as I can tell (or imagine), Geiger also shows the ups and downs of living in the public eye and the repercussions that come with it rather well. Since mental health is also a big part of the book, I'd also like to say, that I appreciate the fact that nobody's struggles are insta-cured the moment it's convenient for the plot. This truly is a gripping and well-thought-out duology, and I recommend it to teens and adults alike.
