I've heard so many good things about this book, but I have to be honest here... I wasn't 100% sure how to feel about the topic of spirit babies. I like the idea in general, especially for women (and their partners), who had some worries or issued connected with conceiving, pregnancy and birth. Although this book is mostly for parents or parents to be, I had many (!) insights regarding the marvellous adventure of pregnancy. I recommend this book to ANYONE who is interested and open minded. I can't say that I agree with every single paragraph of this book, but for the most part I enjoyed reading it. It inspired me to think more about spirit babies and the wonder of life. Some parts are a little "unusual", especially if you're new to this world, but still - very interesting and enjoyable. The book is composed of meditations, the story of the author and his thoughts and the experience he made with his clients. Almost every topic regarding birth and pregnancy found a place in this lovely book. Personally, I would much rather have all the meditations at the end, since it cuts into the reading experience, but I just skipped the meditations, if I didn't feel like reading them. Overall a very interesting and heartwarming book with quite some frustrating and heartbreaking story (from his clients). It took me a while to read through, because this book clearly changed something in my thinking, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're open minded and interested in this topic - READ IT, you won't regret it. :)
