DAP of PAA and LWM are complementary, like one organic overall, win-win each other and anyone was indispensible in the condition of enough human power, material resources, technology and infrastructure and also in the process of ¿develop wetland, treat problem and manage wetland. They were all absolutely necessary parts of wetland eco-system.
