Semantic Web Services for Web Databases

From the reviews:

“Ouzzani and Bouguettaya present an efficient and novel query structure based on the concept of quality of Web service (QoWS). They describe this as a contribution to the semantic Web, where software agents formulate queries on behalf of humans. … For those who work with Web databases, optimization, and Web services, this book provides good background in ontology, the semantic Web, and Web databases. … The book delivers a very good overview of the process of developing strategies for working with ontologies, queries, and optimization.” (Alyx Macfadyen, ACM Computing Reviews, June, 2012)
