Heroes of Olympus 01. The Lost Hero Heroes of Olympus

Ich habe sämtliche Bücher von Rick Riordan auf englisch gelesen, und ich kann klar sagen: tun sie das auch! Der Wortwitz ist genial, die Sprache wunderbar fesselnd! Jason erfährt, dass er der Sohn von Jupiter ist, obwohl es angeblich keine Nachfahren des Herrschers der römischen Götter gibt. Als wäre es nicht schon genug herauszufinden, wie besonders man ist, trifft er auch noch auf Annabeth, die verzweifelt ihren Freund sucht, der seit Monaten verschwunden ist....eine neue Reihe um Percy Jackson, die mich unglaublich begeistert hat!

At the begging it was hard to get into the book since the usual main characters weren’t there but it was nice to finally see more representation of the Hephaestus and Aphrodite cabin I like the native diversity with piper McLean but don’t like how the other Aphrodite campers were portrayed well all in one a new trio comes with new adventures

Jason can’t remember anything. He doesn’t even remember who Piper and Leo are. At last they tell him that the three of them are best friends. When they finally arrive at Camp Half Blood, he can’t shake the feeling of being in the wrong place. He doesn’t have much time to worry about that, though, because all three are sent on a mission. The mission is to find a lost hero, a hero called Percy Jackson. The story starts right after the last book of the Percy Jackson Series. But, as you could already read above, Percy doesn’t appear in this one. Did I miss him??? Yeah, a little bit, but only a tiny bit, because all those new characters are really awesome, especially Leo has become one of my all-time favourites. But not only are the characters great, the story is really good, too. A wonderful start for a new adventure!
