EDITORS: Rachel Cooper is Director and Professor of Design Management at ImaginationLancaster, and also Chair of the Lancaster Institute of Contemporary Arts at Lancaster University. She is editor of The Design Journal and co-author of The Design Agenda: A Guide to the Theory and Practice of Design Management and The Design Experience:The Role of Design and Designers in the Twenty-first Century. Sabine Junginger is Lecturer in Design at ImaginationLancaster and the Contemporary Institute for the Arts, Lancaster University, and a Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. She has published on design management, design and organizational change, design innovation, service design and design research. Thomas Lockwood is President of the Design Management Institute, the world's leading professional organization dedicated to design management, and is editor of many works, including Design Thinking, Corporate Creativity and Building Design Strategy. CONSULTANT EDITORS: Richard Buchanan is Professor of Information Systems at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Richard Boland is the Elizabeth and William C. Treuhaft Professor in Information Systems and Department Chair of Information Systems at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Kyung-Won Chung is Deputy Mayor of Culture, Design and Tourism for the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
