great recommendation

Bewertungsnummer: 758348

Bewertet: Buch (Taschenbuch)

I loved that book! I couldn't put it down. It makes you laugh and cry, both at the same time. Ian MacKenzie is born to a noble family but that still doesn't prevent his father to lock him away in an asylum and treat him abominably. That only stops when hs brother becomes the new duke and rescues him. He still has difficulties being in a crowd and he can totally get lost just watching a rain drop. When he meets Beth Ackerly he realizes instantly only she can make him better and give him peace. They're both scarred from their pasts and know not to always believe what they see. This tale is one of the most romantic and beautiful I've ever read! Ian got three brothers and they'll all get a story eventually. But it will be hard to top this one!
