Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Günter Fandel ist Hochschullehrer an der FernUniversität in Hagen und Editor-in-Chief der Zeitschrift für Betriebswirtschaft.
Prof. Dr. Uschi Backes-Gellner ist Leiterin des Seminars für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Personalwirtschaft an der Universität zu Köln.
