patti smith is an artist through and through and she had me sobbing by the end of this book. sure, you might be put off by the constant namedropping and some writing inconsistencies, but this book is the perfect reminder that the moments you share with people hold meaning forever, even if your relationship changes and fades. this was the most earnest love story i've ever read. highly recommend immersing yourself fully, googling the names you don't recognize and listening to 60s/70s music while reading

Ich kann das Buch jedem empfehlen, es ist mein absolutes Lieblingsbuch und wird dem Hype definitiv gerecht :) auch ihre anderen Bücher sind sehr gut, aber dieses ist einfach mein Herzstück
