Auch im vierten Buch von Vampirlady Lill wird es nicht langweilig.
Das Hauptproblem besteht immer noch, wie in den vorherigen 3. Bänden. Bounty Hunter Ty. Trotz sachlichen Argumenten kann Lill ihm nicht wiederstehen. Andererseits beginnt ihre Mutter selbst Matchmaker zu spielen und versucht ihre Tochter mit deren Jugendfreund Remy zu verkuppeln. Wäre auch erfolgreich, wenn Ty nicht wäre.
Zwischenzeitlich hat Lill einen Deal mit dem Mafiaboss der Stadt. Bei der Suche nach der passenden Frau für ihn, muss Lill alles geben um nicht selbst das zeitliche zu segnen. Aber die Aussicht auf einen dicken Scheck macht alles wett.
Zudem nimmt Lill an einer Exorzierung teil, die alles andere als reibungslos verläuft.
Also wieder einmal viel Spannung, Leidenschaft und "Biss"...
