The Armenian Apology and Acts of Apollonius, and Other Monuments of Early Christianity is a book written by F.C. Conybeare. It is a collection of ancient texts that shed light on the early history of Christianity. The book includes the Armenian Apology, a defense of Christianity written by an Armenian bishop in the 5th century, and the Acts of Apollonius, a narrative about a Christian martyr from the 2nd century. The book also includes other early Christian texts, such as the Shepherd of Hermas and the Didache. Conybeare provides introductions and commentary to each text to help readers understand their historical and theological significance. Overall, the book is a valuable resource for scholars and anyone interested in the early history of Christianity. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
