i never had the pleasure of reading this book in school, like most did. when a friend recommended it to me, i was sceptical at first, but pushed through the first few chapters because of her love for the book. im so grateful i did, because once i got to a certain point, i could not put it down. it captivated me like few books could! holden is such a special character to follow in a story like this

Salingers 'The Catcher in the Rye' ist zweifelsohne seit Jahrzehnte ein anerkannter Klassiker der englischsprachigen Literatur, deshalbt sei an dieser Stelle nichts zum Buch selbst gesagt. Diese kostengünstige Ausgabe eignet sich besonders gut für den Einsatz in der Sekundarstufe - Preis und Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall überein. Das Buch ist gut verarbeitet, Papier und Druck sind in Ordnung!
