Die Prämisse ist sehr interessant und die Welt wird ausführlich beschrieben - das geht leider auf Kosten der Charaktere, die sehr eindimensional bleiben und deren Beziehung einen eher kalt lassen. Das Buch hat es nicht geschafft mich hineinzuziehen. Fazit: nicht schlecht, aber eher mühsam als aufregend zu lesen.
