  The Everlasting

  This novel was beautiful in every aspect. The tale of Una and Mallory left me absolutely astonished, I was hooked from the first page until the very end. Every character just felt so well written, complex and deeply human, which gave the story an emotional weight that just draws the reader in. The prose was gorgeous and lyrical, it felt simply enchanting and fit the vibe of the story perfectly. At it’s core „The Everlasting“ is a story about love and devotion in all its forms, but it also discusses the power of history and how we shape it. All in all it is both an incredible love story that conquers time itself and a thought provoking fantasy that will captivate you. This story will live in my heart and mind for quite a while!

  Our Infinite Fates

  Arden and Evelyn are two soulmates, suffering under an ancient "curse" and destined to kill each other in every life. Although Evelyn does not remember the origin of their predicament, Arden remembers everything, but refuses to tell her. After everything they have done to each other, they can't help falling in love again and again, despite the gruesome outcome. I was truly hooked from the first page and couldn't help rooting for these two incredibly well written characters. This tragic love story, that defies both time and fate will stay with you long after it's been finished.

  The Twisted Ones

  T. Kingfisher has definitely worked her way up to becoming one of my favorite authors! In this novel, she has once again managed to give life to such unique and human characters, that instantly managed to crawl their way into my heart, while also creating a deeply unsettling and creepy storyline that stayed in my mind long after I put the book down. The protagonist Mouse and her dog Bongo made for such a sweet and humorous duo, which, combined with the terrifying creatures and situations they encountered, created a perfect mix for this novel. With an easy and engaging writing style this is an excellent folk horror novel, for people that are new to the genre, but also experienced horror readers looking for something new and a bit different.
