„This is special!“

Laura P., Thalia-Buchhandlung Wien Westbahnhof

Dark and dry humour, fantastic ideas, action and a good portion of crazy and heart. This is saga. And I loved every single page.
Brian K. Vaughan did an amazing job with the story, the ideas and how it all turned out. And he found the perfect person to visualize his world, Fiona Staples.
I’m hooked and can’t wait to continue reading. This series is a jewel among my collection.

And on a side note, I’m not a cat-person but Lying Cat (there’s even a cute Funko Pop figure of it) won my heart easily, just as Saga did! <3

„A Must-Have!“

Milli, Thalia-Buchhandlung Wien

I love this sooo much, the only thing I regret, is that I didn't order the second one at the same time. Now I have to wait for it. I want to read it like RIGHT NOW!!!

There are so many things I loved about this:
The star-crossed lovers who were soldiers in opposing armies of an interstellar war, who have a baby and are being hunted by both sides, who try to escape and save their family (which is basically the story of the first comic).

The prince with a TV instead of a head, who suffers from PTSD and just wants to go back home to start a family.

There is magic and there are ghosts and a really cool looking spider-bounty-huntress.

And let's not forget the giant lie-detector-cat.

And it's just so funny and awesome and it looks amazing. The illustrations are really great.

Simply said: this Comic is probably my best buy this year.
