Prof. Dr. Alexander Tsipoulanidis, MBA is professor for Operations Management at Berlin School of Economics and Law. He has more than fifteen years of practical experience in factory planning and operations management. Prof. Dr. habil. Jörn Schönberger is professor and chair for transport services and logistics at Technische Universität Dresden, "Friedrich List" faculty of transportation and traffic sciences.
