The Baby Makers

The Emu Club

Follow the journey of Michael and Connie Reid. Who together try to create their own blended family. Their quest for a baby begins in love with a bright future together. Going by the medical evidence IVF is the only choice, or is it?
The Reid's begin their monthly roller coaster ride. Finding the right answers leads everyone to question their faith in medical science.
Then a shock pregnancy leads this couple to start demanding answers from the Infertility Treatment Authority.
The case becomes a national and political news issue. As they fight against the giants of the IVF profession. Searching for the truth, but at what personal cost? Risking financial ruin, Michael questions the specialist's arrangements and medical testing standards.
This quest for the truth leads to legal precedents fought at every step, by The Baby Makers.

James Taylor grew up on a cattle farm in rural South Carolina. After a long career in international business he retired to the North Carolina mountains in 2005. James earned a reputation for deep, analytical thinking and a keen ability to express the complex in simple terms. He is now applying these skills to help the world instead of profit from it.
