Alycea runs the Real Pilates teacher training programme globally, and has trained scores of celebrities including Madonna, Uma Thurman, Kyra Sedgwick, Claire Danes, Molly Sims, and Christy Turlington. Beyond her Pilates expertise, Alycea is a licensed physical therapist and nutritionist.
