I loved the atom books cover of under the never sky and now they changed it. I think that one of the worst things you can do to a passionate reader, changing the cover, so that a series doesn't look like one in your bookshelf. Now the book, it starts right of where under the never sky ended. I don´t want to spoil anything so as an advise you can read the first 70 pages at the Barnes and Nobles website if you like. The plot took another way than I thought and at first I was disappointed but only I love Aria and Perry so much and I thought it very unjust not to have them together for any length of time. The story is very well written, it squeezes your heart when you reading. I think it was a good choice to focus on Roar and Liv, especially after her little novella. I think it would have been better to get "Roar and Liv" out with "Through the ever night". I only gave fours stars because I think it wasn't as good as "under the never sky" in her acknowledgement Mrs. Rossi wrote that someone told her that every scene needs heart, and as sad and beautiful as "thought he ever night" is, not ever scene has a heart.
